They Are Not Spanish Uhm, so this might be apparent, but as someone from Scandinavia I can tell you there are lots of people who think Danes, Norwegians and Swedes are all the same, but they aren’t. Likewise, the Spanish and the Portuguese are often grouped together, but they have cultural differences.
And whilst the Spanish and Portuguese languages may be similar, they are not the same.
Also, remember that just because something is tradition doesn’t mean someone is looking down on you.
It just means that’s how they are used to things being.
